Mr. Noam Neusner

Mr. Noam Neusner is an experienced communications strategist, speechwriter, journalist, and author. He is the founding principal of 30 Point Strategies, which focuses on strategic communications, speechwriting, media relations, and coalition-building. In his daily work, Mr. Neusner works directly with CEOs of large corporations, heads of major philanthropic foundations, and opinion leaders across a wide spectrum of academia, journalism, and politics.

Prior to starting his own firm, Mr. Neusner was President George W. Bush’s primary speechwriter on domestic policy matters, including tax relief, Medicare reform, energy, and the environment. At the White House, Mr. Neusner also served as liaison to the Jewish community; he used that position to energize the President’s ongoing relationship with the community, helping to generate a one-third increase in support in the 2004 election.

Mr. Neusner graduated from PHDS in 1983, Classical High School in 1987, and John Hopkins University in 1991. He has co-authored four books with his father, the Talmudic scholar, Jacob Neusner. Mr. Neusner lives in Washington D.C. with his wife and three daughters.
